What is the delivery time of my order?

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase in the next 24 hours.  The delivery time is 15 business days , which come into effect from the moment the customer receives the purchase confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  

The company is not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, stoppages in transport routes, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.  

For international shipments, the duties or taxes that are generated by the entry of the product will be borne by the customer.  All purchases made on milolishoes.com are shipped from Peru.

Will I receive the same #milolishoes that I see in the photo?

Yes, but remember that the leather used in our #milolishoes, being natural leather, has its own characteristics, such as veins, scars or variations in tone that enhance its purity and confirm its authenticity. These characteristics make each leather product a unique and inimitable piece, coming from nature itself, but they are not captured in the photographs on the web.

For this reason, keep in mind that the photos are referential and the colors may vary in intensity or tonality.

What if I am not sure of my size?

Write to our online chat or to info@milolishoes.com  with your doubts to be able to advise you on your ideal #milolishoes size.

How do I make an exchange or return?

You can make changes and returns up to 30 days after the purchase date due to a change in size or manufacturing failure, provided that you meet the following conditions:

  • That the product is in perfect condition (new, without signs of use and with the original packaging).

  • That the product has not been tampered with.

  • Present the bill / bill of sale.

  • That the purchase is within Peru (does not apply for international purchases).

In case you want to make a change, Míloli does not cover shipping and return costs. The product to be exchanged must go through a physical inspection before confirming the exchange. Once we verify that the conditions are met, you can return or exchange the item for another that we have in stock. In case this is of a greater amount, you will have to pay the difference. The refund of money is made according to the means of payment made.

Likewise, the products purchased in: Sale, promotions, discount code and special offers do not apply changes or refunds.  

What should I do if a damaged item arrives?

Míloli World only sells products in perfect condition; but if, exceptionally, you will receive a #milolishoes with some kind of damage, immediately contact us by email  info@milolishoes.com

Are the products guaranteed?

Yes, all #milolishoes are guaranteed for 60 days from the date of shipment confirmation. The warranty applies to any factory failure. For any questions on this subject write to us at  info@milolishoes.com

* WE REMIND YOU THAT: Factory failures regarding shoes refers to split soles, detached studs, objects that protrude to the sole of the shoe. Additionally, we emphasize that natural leather presents deformations, marks, odor and is permeable, which is NOT considered a material fault or manufacturing defect.

How do I take care of my Míloli?

  • Store them in a dry and clean place

  • Suede or fabric shoes are delicate, it is advisable to keep them away from water and not expose them directly to the sun.

  • The essential characteristic of metallic leather is its brilliance and singular color. Therefore, it avoids friction and rubbing against each other.

  • Patent leather has a laminated sheet so if it absorbs another color, they will not have a solution. Try to keep each foot separately.

  • Animal print hair materials are attractive for their texture, which is sensitive to friction and rubbing against each other.

What are capsule collections?

  The capsule collection is a small collection where we re-invent our models and / or collaborations with artists or brands while maintaining the essence of our brand, Miloli.  These collections are for a limited time, also the purchase of these models is through our social networks or WhatsApp.

How do I access the Miloli Day or Sale?

  Every year we hold two events in which we have special prices (discounts) these are: Sample Sale and Miloli Day.

 

The Sample Sale takes place in April / May and you can enjoy special prices on our models, sizes and colors in stock. All information about means and conditions of purchase will be found in our Facebook and Instagram stories.

 

The Miloli Day takes place in November and you can enjoy special prices in our models, sizes and colors to order and stock. All information about means and conditions of purchase will be found in our Facebook and Instagram stories.

 

* Both events are not cumulative with other discounts or promotions

* Due to the current pandemic these events can take place completely virtual.

 

Do you ship internationally?

  In Míloli we make international shipments to the whole world, the time to place the order is 15 business days. The time provided refers to the day on which the products will be dispatched from the Míloli workshop, so the delivery date may vary depending on the country of delivery and the demand for the courier service.

 

  • America: 2-7 business days

  • Europe: 4-9 business days

  • Asia and Oceania: 5-9 business days

 

* These times are for the central areas of each city, if it is a remote area, it should be considered between 1-2 additional days.
